Seep Shield Coat

A single pack, white cement-based polymer modified powder product offering an 8-year waterproofing warranty. It is elastomeric, provides excellent crack bridging properties due to the presence of German Elastomeric polymers, resists efflorescence, is heat reflective and UV resistant (providing heat reduction by 5-8°C when applied on surfaces exposed to sunlight), eco-friendly (Zero Volatile Organic Compound – VOC), and algae & fungi resistant.

How to Apply (Surface Preparation):

•  Remove all the loosely adhering material like, dirt, dust, organic solvent (de-shuttering/curing free compound) & oil etc. from the surface by using emery paper, chisel or wire brush etc.
•  In case of efflorescence, surface should be cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles from the surface.
•  Wash the surface properly with clean water & allow the surface to dry completely before application of the product.
•  Surface cracks must be filled (<3mm) by crack-o-seal product & bigger crack, damaged portion and hollow areas must be repaired by making (polymer cement modified mortar product) with lock-n-seal SBR Latex.
