Product Description
Seep Shield Coat is a single-pack, white cement-based polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing coating designed for long-term protection against seepage, dampness, and leakage. Enriched with advanced German elastomeric polymers, it offers excellent crack-bridging capability and high durability on RCC, concrete, and cementitious surfaces.
The product resists efflorescence, is UV resistant and heat reflective, and helps reduce surface temperature by 5–8°C when applied on sun-exposed areas. It is eco-friendly with zero VOC, and provides resistance against algae and fungal growth, making it ideal for both new construction and repair applications. Seep Shield Coat comes with an 8-year waterproofing warranty.

How to Apply – Surface Preparation
Remove loose materials such as dust, dirt, oil, curing compounds, and organic contaminants using wire brush, chisel, or emery paper.
In case of efflorescence, clean the surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles.
Wash the surface with clean water and allow it to dry completely before application.
Fill surface cracks up to 3 mm using Crack-O-Seal.
Repair larger cracks, damaged areas, or hollow portions using polymer cement modified mortar mixed with Lock-N-Seal SBR Latex.
